i was googling and luckly i found this

just download Custom-Resolution-Utility-CRU

start (CRU)

UNCHECK ALL and then check the 640x480 then click ok.....

every time you change resolution you have to restart but not need to restart just download restart.zip giving in above link.......

and remember to change resolution in bfbc2 setting.ini...........

Also who plays on 640x480? When you really have this resolution, then I doubt you can't even play the game

What is meant is not a system reboot but the restart.zip file.
