Moding help

Sorry im a newbie, So i'm ruining a server from my pc which is working grate but how do i modify the server.
I'm trying to add bullets per clip, instant morter/rockets ect... is this possible?

Weapon modification "dist\linux\levels\mp_common\level-00\objects\weapons\.."

Awesome dude thanks for reply! I also had crashing/ compatibility problems win7 64bit but read up on the forums to download ScintillaNET v2.5.2 and drag the files into were you extracted the mod and press copy and replace files worked perfect for me.
